COVID VACCINATION BOOSTERS

The Practice has LIMITED APPOINTMENTS for the booster vaccine. 

If you are invited to the Optic centre and are unable to attend please let us know and we can rearrange the appointment to Madryn House. 

 

 

Have you had your vaccination?

 

Thank you to everyone across North Wales who have already attended an appointment to have their COVID-19 vaccination. 

 

A safe and effective vaccine will offer individual protection from COVID-19. It will also offer greater protection for our loved ones and communities.

 

Vaccinating the population with a safe and effective vaccine will:

 

  • Protect people from COVID-19 and help prevent a third wave Lockdown.
  • Help us all to return to a more normal life
  • Allow people to access vaccination passports for travel

 

 

 

 

Covid - 19 Testing

You can apply for a test if you have at least one of the following coronavirus symptoms: a new continuous cough, a fever, a loss of smell or taste.

Members of the public with symptoms can apply for a test online to receive a home testing kit (on NHS) and click on Wales

Alternatively, members of the public can apply for a home testing kit by phoning the free number 119.
