New Patient Registration
The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. Please speak to our reception team to find out if your address is in our catchment area. You can only be a registered patient with one GP surgery so if you register with Madryn House Surgery you will be de-registered with your current GP surgery and your medical notes will be sent to us.
At Madryn House we provide a pre-registration appointment to our patients, this ensures that all forms are completed correctly and also to ensure that our patients are provided with the care necessary if they are on medications which need to be reviewed or which require blood tests, persistent monitoring or GP reviews. If needed one of our reception team will book you in with the most appropriate clinician to further your care and make the transition of moving surgeries as smooth as possible. Please mention to our reception staff during the appointment if you have any concerns or questions regarding the surgery or services we provide.

At the Madryn House surgery we believe that care is a two-way process. It is impossible to provide our service without your help and understanding. We have always believed ourselves fortunate in having the support of our patients.
We feel our patients are entitled to courtesy and consideration from all the practice team, and, likewise, our staff are entitled to the same treatment.
It is important that if an appointment cannot be kept you inform us in reasonable time, this will really help the practice in offering you a further appointment and also having the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient in need.
